Grown from Atlanta, Georgia, Happy Seed is a vegan catering company specializing in traditional cuisine recreated with plants only. 

We're a small, passionate team working toward a world in which disease and environmental destruction are drastically reduced by the power of eating more plants. And we believe there's no need to sacrifice our favorite foods in order to get there. 

We pride ourselves on being a scratch kitchen that makes nearly everything in-house, and many of our dishes feature nutrient-dense mushrooms as a meat substitute. Our goal is to showcase not only the healing power of plants, but also their potential for culinary innovation.
